Diso has 10 years' experience in the listed company/stock exchange /JSE advisory environment where she gained extensive experience providing boards of directors of listed companies and their sub-committees with advice on the regulatory frameworks that govern listed companies. These include the JSE Listings Requirements, Companies Act with Take-over Regulations, King Code of Corporate Governance, Financial Markets Act as well as aspects of the Exchange Control Regulations. In 2007, she joined the SENS division of the Issuer Regulations at the JSE where she was later promoted to Team Leader position. She further went on to hold positions in the corporate finance/JSE Sponsor divisions at Nedbank (Analyst), Standard Bank (Associate), Arbor Capital (Project Leader and Assistant Company Secretary) and more recently one of the Executives at a reputable advisory firm specialising in the listing of property companies.

As a Project Leader at Arbor Capital, Diso played both roles of JSE Advisory Project Leader and Assistant Company Secretary for various JSE listed clients. Between 2015 and 2017, she project-managed the listings of three companies on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE. As an assistant company secretary, Diso gained extensive experience managing and facilitating board and sub-committee governance structures. During her tenure at Nedbank Group and Standard Bank Group respectively, Diso managed portfolios of medium to large cap listed companies where she advised directors of such companies with the Continuing Obligations and Corporate Governance requirements as set out in the JSE Listings Requirements and King Code.

From an academic perspective, Diso obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree at Wits University and was awarded three Certificates of Merit during the 4 years she spent at the University. She also obtained her Business Management Diploma Certificates at Tshwane South College.

Diso has passion for research, continuous learning and communal growth. She is a well-experienced project and process manager, as well as a report writer.

Mokone has over 10 years' experience in the Public Service where he gained extensive experience in the areas of regulatory compliance, internal audit, risk and ethics management.

He has held the positions of Internal Auditor, Senior Risk and Compliance Officer, Assistant Director of Monitoring & Evaluation and Deputy Director of Risk Management at various Departments within the Public Service. He is currently the Deputy Director of Risk and Integrity Management (Ethics) at the National School of Government. His overall areas of expertise include the management of the risk management process, assessment and advice on compliance with relevant prescripts, ethics management, compiling organisational performance reports, compiling and reviewing policies and drafting and reviewing charters and terms of reference for governance structures. He also has extensive experience at conducting risk assessments at strategic, operational and project level.

His experience extends to internal audit, analysing and reviewing financial statements, conducting compliance risk assessments as well as ethics and fraud risk assessments. Mokone also has extensive experience in developing organisational operational plans and aligning them to strategic plans and annual performance plans. He is proficient in managing the process of implementation of risk mitigations strategies, audit action plans and reporting on progress on the achievement of performance objectives. Mokone obtained his National Diploma in Accounting from Technikon Witwatersrand and he is a member of the South Africa Institute of Internal Auditors (IIASA)
